Wide dining room of an established restaurant, slatted wood ceiling, tables laid and warm evening light
For chains and franchises

Five locations are not five businesses.
And they should not be five separate spreadsheets.

Price and availability per location, permissions that reach exactly as far as they should, and an owner's consolidated view that does not wait for someone to merge files on the fifth of the month.

No card · Unlimited locations on Enterprise · Multi-currency and per-country tax invoicing

The consolidated view, without waiting for month end.

Every location with its margin, and the chain's total on top. The same screen, every day, with nobody assembling it.

The hard part is not opening the second location. It is finding out how it did.

Every location sends its own spreadsheet in its own format, and closing the month means merging files by hand
One panel: the chain's consolidated view and each location on its own, with nothing to assemble
The same dish neither costs nor sells the same in every neighbourhood, but the system forces one price
A base price for the chain and a price of its own per location wherever it is needed
Either the manager sees the whole business or they see nothing — and neither is right
Each person scoped to their location or to the whole chain; the owner sees everything, the manager sees theirs
Opening the new place means loading the menu, the recipes and the permissions all over again
Menu and recipes already live at chain level: the new location starts with everything in place

How DypOS handles it

Consolidated and per location

The chain's total and each place's detail, on the same screen.

Price per location

One base price for the chain and each place's own where the neighbourhood or the supplier differs.

Scoped permissions

Each person assigned to their location or to the whole chain. The manager sees theirs.

Multi-currency by country

Each location runs in its own currency and with its country's tax invoicing.

The new place starts loaded

Menu, recipes and roles already live at chain level — nothing is entered twice.

Unlimited locations

On Enterprise, alongside unlimited users, priority support and a response SLA.

With and without DypOS

Month end starts when the last location's last spreadsheet arrives.
The consolidated view is built every day, not on the fifth.
One price for the whole chain, even where the supplier's cost changes by area.
A chain base price and each location's own where it is needed.
Giving a manager access means opening the entire business to them.
The manager sees their location; the owner sees all of them.
Where we are not the best fit

If each franchisee is a separate company, say so before you sign up.

DypOS is built for a chain with one owner and several locations: there the consolidated view, the permissions and the per-location pricing work the way you would expect. If your network is made of independent franchisees — each with their own company, their own accounting and their own owner — today that would be one account per franchisee. Each one complete, but with no view spanning them all.

We are also not the choice for a chain past twenty locations with complex multi-warehouse needs: a dedicated ERP still wins there, and we would rather say so now than after you have paid us.

Tell us how you are structured and we will say whether we fit

Questions from chains

Can each location have its own prices?
Yes. Every product carries a base price for the whole chain, and on top of that you can set a price of its own per location when you need to — the neighbourhood, the supplier's cost and the channel are not the same everywhere. You can also mark a product unavailable at one location without pulling it from the others' menus.
Can a location manager see the other branches' numbers?
Not unless you want them to. Each person on the team is assigned either to one location or to the whole chain. Someone assigned to a location sees that one and nothing else; the owner and chain-level roles see everything, consolidated and broken out by branch.
How many locations does each plan cover?
Starter covers one. Pro reaches two, which is the natural step when the second place opens. Unlimited locations and users sit in Enterprise, which is quoted to fit — that is also where priority support and the response SLA live.
We operate in more than one country. Does it still work?
Yes. Each location runs in its own currency and with the tax invoicing its country requires. The owner's consolidated view keeps working above all of that.
We are a franchise: each location has its own owner. How does that work?
Straight answer: DypOS today is built for a chain with one owner and several locations. If every franchisee is a separate company, with its own accounting and its own owner, today that would be one account per franchisee — each with a full panel of its own, but with no consolidated view spanning the accounts. If that is what you need, write to us before you sign up and we will tell you plainly whether we fit.
